Method
In a big and large glass add:
1/2 cup oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon sliced almonds
1/2 banana or 1 small one
50g blueberries
5 goji berries
10 dry brown grape seed
2 teaspoons shredded coconut unsweetened
Cover with almond, rice or soy milk, unsweetened.
Mix together and let it rest for a few hours or for the night.
